Joel Klein, NYC Schools Chancellor visited MSNBC's Morning Joe extolling some common sense logic: smaller schools should allow for greater personalization for students (with other factors being equal). Who wouldn't want to be in a school of 500 (or a class of 18) rather than a school of 3,000 (or a class of 30)?
