Death By PowerPoint

"The simpler I keep things, the better I play."
-- Nancy Lopez, champion golfer

I recently attended a meeting with a guest speaker who gave a very compelling presentation, which could have lost steam big-time in the second half due to several PowerPoint slides which consisted of 10+ bullet points per page.  Fortunately for everyone, he didn't even try to read them or expect the audience to read them either, but I just wondered why did he bother including them in a PowerPoint?  Why not just put them in a document instead?

Since we are teaching, learning, and presenting in classrooms using PowerPoint, we think the presentation below is a good one to share, as it helps us remember how NOT to kill the audience with our wisdom.  Another related post is "We Have Met The Enemy And He Is PowerPoint" with link here.
