We follow their stories, along with "visits" by Sec'y of Education, Arne Duncan, and others, with intermittent reports on NCLB; state standards; cheating on state tests (aka "juking the books"); parental engagement; cultural differences, all wrapped in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) package.
