How to re-grow the middle class: 
Education is at the forefront

Wonder if education will play a significant role in the upcoming election.  Where's the education meat here? 

This video below features James Carville on MSNBC's Rachel Maddow show which begins with  Carville talking about education at the beginning of the segment, yet drops the education "topic" until the 7:00 mark where he states that the most pressing issues the middle class care most about are rising health care costs and . . . . education.

Rachel, can you dig deeper into education?  No one else seems to be doing it.
