Your assessment of the show sounds about right. Meandering . . .
Is it just me or did this interview contain no substance? The only thing that I took away from that is Howard Dean likes charter schools and Michelle Rhee and George Parker think that results trump seniority. I am guessing that there is a much bigger issue here that MSNBC is failing to illustrate.
