Lee Hirsch, filmmaker, talks to CNN about his documentary, "The Bully Project", and the importance of how we can make a difference when we "stand up" to bullies as a bystander when another is being bullied.

Bullying behavior ranges from "orchestrating gossip" to kicking and punching.  Hirsch urges parents to "never give up" if your child is being bullied.  More tips in video below.
