What I'm liking right now: "There's more to life than likes"

Has "sharing" made family experiences better?
Three 20-secondish PSA videos below

When our daughter was learning how to ride a two-wheel bicycle without training wheels, she was terrified to even get on one.  This, after being daring and confident during the previous stepping stones of bike-riding, was a surprise. In hindsight, the tears, fear and even anger were hilariously resolved after about an hour of relentless persistence by daughter and dad when dad simply said, "just don't THINK about HOW a bike can stay up, just keep pedaling because a bike won't stay up unless you do that one thing."  Our daughter became an avid bike-rider instantaneously after that very statement dissolved all doubts associated with her unwillingness to accept the law of physics.

So when I saw one of these PSAs (public service announcement) from Common Sense which had to do with the memories and experiences of early bike-riding (or distraction from it in this case), it really connected with me.  I asked, how would that former experience of learning how to bike-ride be different in today's over-sharing culture?  Would it be better? Or, not?

Honestly, I can relate to all three of these quick videos - it is worth checking them out- especially since they are short and kinda fun.
